3. Secondary Cleaning:
Residual acid is meticulously rinsed to ensure a clean substrate.
4. Hot-Dip Galvanizing:
After removing surface oxide film from the zinc bath, steel components are immersed. Precise immersion time ensures uniform zinc coating thickness and strong adhesion.
5. Passivation Treatment:
Apply chemical agents to passivate the surface. This enhances corrosion resistance and prevents “white rust” formation.
6. Cooling and Setting:
Stabilize the coating structure to ensure the finished product exhibits optimal appearance.
