Specialized U-shaped assembly machines, inner partition welding equipment, high-efficiency gantry welders, and submerged arc welding machines enable the automated production of box section structural members, improving straightness, welding quality, and production speed.
Featuring intelligent assembly machines, submerged arc welders, vertical straightening machines, and data management systems, this line completes H-beam assembly, welding, flipping, and straightening in an integrated process with real-time quality monitoring.

Green Environmental Protection System

This system utilizes advanced technologies, including magnetic microwave technology, photolysis technology, spray tower ozone treatment, and bag filter dust removal.

Fully covers flue gas environmental protection, VOCs waste gas treatment, and dust control, ensuring compliance with emission standards.

The pentane VOCs treatment technology is a domestic first, achieving even higher environmental standards.
