1. Cleaning (to remove oil and dirt, etc.);


2. Acid washing (to remove rust, oxidised skin, etc.);


3. Cleaning again (cleaning, removing acid);


4. Remove the oxide film of the galvanizing tank, then put the steel products into the galvanizing tank, hot-dip galvanize and wait (hot-dip galvanize to increase the thickness of the zinc layer);


5. Passivation treatment;


6. Cooling;
