Project Overview: Primarily used for the storage, transfer, and cooling of aluminum coils, as well as for the coordination and management of coil transportation between the cold rolling mill and finishing equipment. The high-rack warehouse is 276.89 meters long and 17.8 meters wide, with a building height of 29.7 meters. It features a double-aisle, three-row, six-tier racking structure with a total of 1,393 coil positions. The maximum coil diameter is 2,800 mm (including the internal coil diameter) and weighs 33.8 tons; the minimum coil diameter is 1,200 mm. The maximum temperature of the aluminum coils entering the high-rack warehouse is 320°C (Fahrenheit), while the normal temperature inside the warehouse is maintained below 28°C.
